Courses to Careers (C2C) Workshop: Addressing Ableism in Physics through Faculty-Student Partnerships

Workshop Synopsis
The Courses to Careers workshop is a week-long professional development program with two different strands: 1) designed to support disabled physics students in navigating academic and career pathways and 2) designed to equip instructors with tools to create more inclusive classrooms. Through a blend of presentations, panels, guided reflections, and skill-building activities, the workshop fosters meaningful dialogue between students and instructors.
